Clear documentation
Positioning briefs, campaign direction, activity summaries, and reports are written down so nothing depends on memory.
How We Work
Authors should not have to guess what is happening, why it matters, or what comes next. Our work stays strategic, documented, and focused on the strongest available opportunities.
It starts with an assessment
Every project begins with a Book Marketing Assessment. We review the book, the author’s goals, the current publishing stage, and the strongest opportunities available.
From there, we recommend the right path rather than forcing an author into a fixed package. Not every author needs every stage or every service.
Discover, Position, Build, Activate, Grow, and Extend. One author may need only a focused positioning project. Another may move through all six stages and continue with retention support.
Stage 1 of 6
Review the book, publishing stage, author platform, audience, goals, and early opportunities.
Stage 2 of 6
Clarify the message, reader value, author authority, category, and campaign direction.
Stage 3 of 6
Strengthen assets, content, author materials, retail copy, website pathways, and campaign foundations.
Stage 4 of 6
Launch the strategy through visibility, content, media, partnerships, events, and reader growth.
Stage 5 of 6
Track activity, follow up, develop opportunities, and improve the work using useful signals.
Stage 6 of 6
Create the next stage through workshops, courses, community, resources, future books, and platform growth.
Communication
Our approach is documented in writing. Authors should understand priorities, activity, emerging opportunities, and recommended next steps.
Positioning briefs, campaign direction, activity summaries, and reports are written down so nothing depends on memory.
We do not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews, media coverage, or bestseller status. Editorial and retail decisions remain with others.
Some authors want a focused project. Others want ongoing retention support. We design the work around what you need next.
Next step
Share your book, publishing stage, and goals. We will review the opportunity and recommend the most relevant next step.
